We really enjoyed our stay. I just hope the host clean up the outer area for future guest! The inside was impeccably clean. Although we didn’t have extra paper towels, toilet paper or trash bags. Also the guest portal said trash picked up on Saturday. We ended up having to put trash in someone else’s can! All in all we would stay again. The beach area is AMAZING.

My wife and kids spent 5 nights here in April 2023. This house is absolutely stunning. All of the pictures are accurate and it was very clean with fresh linens provided throughout. You can tell the kitchen was newly renovated and it was fully stocked. We loved cooking dinners and hanging out at the big table after long days at the beach. The upstairs loft has a huge TV and the guitar hero game was a hit with everyone. The entire area/neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet, there was barely anyone on the beach while we were there. There’s an easy beach access point in the neighborhood so that made going back and forth pretty convenient. The backyard is huge and private too with a large fence. We hung out back there at night and used the firepit to make s’mores. We enjoyed it so much that we already booked another week for later this year.

fenced yard. That was the reason for choosing this listing, as we brought our dog. It's mostly fenced, but no way to close it off completely. It is a great house in a beautiful location, and we will definitely be visiting Indian Pass again, fell in love with the area for sure!
