A New Beginning is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath beachfront, single family home located on Indian Pass Beach. It has many wonderful accommodations such as a community swimming pool access, a gas grill, deck furniture, and a tub with Jacuzzi jets, TV/VCR/DVD, washer/dryer and an outdoor shower. A New Beginning sleeps 8 adults and has a breathtaking view of the gulf. This property is pet friendly so you don't have to leave anyone behind.

Floor plan: 1st Level-Bedroom 1-queen bed with TV and full bath; washer/dryer, Bedroom 2-gulf front bedroom with king bed, covered deck, TV and full bath. 2nd Level-kitchen, dining, living room with queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and gulf front balcony with beach access. 3rd Level-Bedroom 3-gulf front master bedroom with king bed, TV, roof-top balcony and full bath with Jacuzzi tub.

House was very clean, LOTS of room, pet friendly, had enough toiletries/dish soap/trash bags for one day at least, and an EASY walk to the beach. Loved the screened in porch or open porch option connected to the kitchen. Outside shower and spigots were perfect for rinsing sand off. No complaints. Make sure to go grocery shopping on your way in. Close to a couple of great restaurants!

We loved this place! The pool was fantastic! We also really loved the beach in front of the house. I was really grateful for the bear locks on the trashcan because we did have a run in one evening while walking the dogs! It was on the other side of the drive so we just avoided the area from then on.

Good Accommodations on great Beach

Overall, a pleasant stay with just a few snafus - the AC was amazing, the showers were satisfactory, and the Beach was fabulous as always. Will definitely return.

Reasonably priced and great location

We loved having a boardwalk directly to the beach and a community pool to enjoy. The house had some wear to it, broken blinds, the outside hose had been cut by yard maintenance, and the spiral staircase wobbles a bit, but overall it was a great experience.

Good stay!

The house is an awesome size with plenty of space for my family of four and my in-laws. The walk to the beach was easy and the beaches were not crowded at all. My only complaint-the cookware, coffee pot, and kitchen tools were outdated and not working well. The condo could use some living room furniture updates. We still had a great time!

Just what we needed

This place was amazing! To have the pool right there when you get back from the beach was perfect. Especially with the kiddos. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable. Only thing I would say is outdoor furniture probably needs to be updated. We had a blast!

Our Stay

The house itself was fine, but there are just too many issues with it to stay there again. Nice location and property, just needs maintenance items and amenities addressed (i.e., no doormats anywhere except outside the downstairs king bedroom, need one for inside the front door beside narrow wooden stairs).

This home was a wonderful place to enjoy the gulf beach. It was clean, functional, and close to the sands and sea of the gulf. Pristine Properties was great to deal with.
One thing to be aware of (at least at A New Beginning) is that there is no door for the third floor bedroom. It is not a deal breaker, but it is something to be aware of.
The views from the deck were wonderful and the walkways from the house to the pool and beach were great.

We really enjoyed the "rustic" feel of the property. We had absolutely everything we needed. From cooking utensils to extra blankets. We will definitely stay here again. We love the area because it's laid back and not crowded. It's steps away from the beach and the pool.
