Great property, host. We arrived on the tale winds of Hurricane Bertha, tropical storm weather first half our week stay. We were comfortable your home met all needs and we were able to cook fully equipped kitchen. Appreciated the Pristine cleanliness, great WiFi service, Roko televisions in the main living space and master bedroom. Easy walk to the beach, following the weather we enjoyed several evening on our beach walks, watching the sunsets. Look forward to staying again next year.

Mexico beach is a wonderful place to stay & this home provided us walking distance to the beach each day with my 5 & 7yr olds. The community is up and coming, perfect for people like us looking for relaxation and fun; not fancy. It should be known you are just a few blocks from the Eastern/Central time zone lines, this house is in eastern time zone, but if you go to the Dollar General down the road you are in Eastern. All check in and check out is listed in Eastern time, just something to be aware of. Home was perfect for family of 4, who have kids willing to share the bunk bed. AC kept the house cool in July without issues. There was a hose in the fenced in yard to easily rinse off the sand before entering the house to keep you clean. Plenty of things to cook with on the stove. Would love to see the addition of an outside grill to make this place, in my option, perfect. We did really enjoy our stay and think others like us would too.
