The upper level provides additional sleeping space with two bedrooms—one furnished with a king bed and the other featuring twin bunk beds. A shared full bathroom serves both rooms, making this level well suited for families.

The location is great, right on the beach as described. However, there is a major remodel going on right next door so there was construction daily from 9 AM to 4 PM. That should be listed and considered when booking. The trash also seems to be an issue. They require guests to take trash dumpsters to the curb. The guest before us apparently did not complete this and there was foul smelling trash sitting around all week. Overall I expected much more given the price per night.
