We welcome you to stay in our lovely one bedroom, one bathroom condo, just a short walk to the beautiful beaches located in Kapalua. Set along the picturesque waters of Namalu Bay, Kapalua Bay welcomes you with genuine island hospitality and authentic culture. The Kapalua Bay Resort is a private gated community and offers complimentary self-parking, There are BBQ's next to the 3 pools on property and and tennis courts to play on. The resort offer a complimentary resort shuttle that will take you to any of the restaurants, golf courses, Ritz Carlton and/or beaches within the Kapalua resort area! Relax and enjoy West Maui, in Quam Properties 12B4. We look forward to hosting you soon! Minimum of 4 nights stay. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee. All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental. Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. Standard Cancellation Policy: You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once inside 30 days of arrival. We suggest buying travel insurance and we offer if through CSA - Generali Travel Insurance.
Kapalua Bay Villa 12B4 is a one bedroom one bathroom condo. Tastefully decorated with contemporary furniture, with an open and airy floorplan. This unit features wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and tile and hardwood floors throughout the condo! The bathroom features a sizable walk-in, tiled shower, separate vanities, with oversized mirrors and granite countertops, and personal sinks offers plenty of room and storage during your stay. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.
This condo comfortably sleeps four, with a King bed in the bedroom, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in this villa for added convenience and independence. Laundry detergent is provided as well.
Enjoy stunning sunsets year round, and during whale season, you can spot spouts and splashes right from the lanai! Enjoy high definition LCD TV's, free long distance calling to U.S. and Canada, free high speed wireless internet, and central air conditioning. 1000sqft. GE/TAT #200-049-6640-01
1 King bed and 1 Queen Size sofa sleeper. There are no parking or additional resort fees.
There will be power washing, sanding, wood grinding, possible jackhammering, and painting. There will be scaffolding and ladders at the building. The size of the building, weather, and extent of damage will determine the time it takes to complete each building. A plumbing inspection of the main lines will require one toilet on ground levels to be removed. Workers will not accommodate guest occupancy schedules. Please keep windows shut as there will be debris carried by the wind.
