Set along the picturesque waters of Namalu Bay, Kapalua Bay welcomes you with genuine island hospitality and authentic culture. The Kapalua Bay Resort is a private gated community and offers complimentary self-parking,  There are BBQs next to the 3 pools on the property and tennis courts to play on.  The resort offers a complimentary resort shuttle that will take you to any of the restaurants, golf courses, Ritz Carlton and/or beaches within the Kapalua resort area!  Relax and enjoy West Maui, in Quam Properties 12B4. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.

This condo comfortably sleeps four, with a King bed in the bedroom, and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a washer and dryer in this villa for added convenience and independence.

Minimum of 4 nights stay. 17.42% State taxes added to all rates. There is a $260.00 cleaning fee.

All reservations will be automatically charged a processing fee on total amount of rental.

Standard Cancellation Policy: You may cancel outside of 30 days prior to your arrival for a refund of your deposit minus $100 cancellation fee. We do not refund once inside 30 days of arrival.  We suggest buying travel insurance and we offer if through CSA - Generali Travel Insurance.
