<strong>Royal Kahana charges a parking fee of eighteen&nbsp;dollars ($18.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax for the first month&rsquo;s stay, followed by ten dollars ($10.00 USD) per night plus applicable tax, thereafter.</strong><br />

Guests are&nbsp;asked to check in at the front desk between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm to pay for parking and receive a parking permit. &nbsp;Guests arriving after 8:00 pm, will register their vehicle at the night-watch desk. Information collected on the vehicle registration form will include the guest&#39;s name, unit number, arrival date and time, and departure date. &nbsp;Guests will be directed to visit the front desk the following morning to pay for parking and receive a permit. &nbsp;<em><strong>Vehicles without a permit after 48 hours will be subject to being towed.&nbsp;</strong></em><br />

<strong>Royal Kahana 405</strong> is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawaii, which provides complimentary concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
