This a 1-bedroom, 1-bath features a split A/C system, fully equipped kitchen, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The convenient location is just steps from the oceanfront pool and gas BBQ grills, you&#39;ll enjoy easy access to refreshing swims, sunbathing, and convenient grilling. Located near Honokeana Cove, our rental is perfect for snorkeling enthusiasts. Dive into the crystal-clear waters and marvel at the underwater beauty as you swim with Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles or watch the majestic Humpback Whales that visit Maui in the winter right from your lanai. (Whale Season: December 15 - May 15)<br />

Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen boasting granite counter tops, prep while socializing and taking in the ocean views. Kitchen amenities include olive oil, salt &amp; pepper, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Full-sized oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher keep things simple for the chef. With the thoughtfully open-concept, the cook will enjoy everyone&#39;s company. The living room offers a queen-size sofa bed for additional guests, kick your feet up and relax in the recliner chair, and a flatscreen TV, along with Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Your choice to dine indoors or al fresco on your lanai - both with an ocean view! The bedroom is divided from the living room by a sliding pocket door for privacy. Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
