HOUSE RULES
To ensure every guest has an exceptional experience at Rustic Chandelier, we ask that all guests respect the following policies during their stay.

**Age Requirement** — The primary guest must be at least 24 years of age. Guests under 24 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

**Smoking Policy** — Rustic Chandelier is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, cigars, and vaping — is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A $500 fee will be applied for any violations.

**Pet Policy** — We love animals, but unfortunately, this is a pet-free property as part of the Sky Harbor Resort guidelines. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee.

**No Parties or Events** — Rustic Chandelier is a private retreat, not an event venue. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

**Gas Fireplace** (Seasonal — October through May) — The gas fireplace is a cozy highlight of Rustic Chandelier during the cooler months. Please do not attempt to tamper with or disable the fireplace or its pilot light. If you have any concerns or prefer the pilot to be turned off during your stay, simply reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.

**Outdoor Fire Pit** — Firewood is not provided, so plan to pick some up locally before your stay. Please never leave an active fire unattended and fully extinguish it before heading inside. Do not burn trash or cabin items, and please leave the fire pit area as you found it. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen. Any damage to the fire pit area may result in additional charges.

**Quiet Hours** — Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of respect for neighboring properties.

**Guest Limit** — For the comfort and safety of all guests, occupancy is limited to 7 guests total.
