Seaboard Lofts is a modern architectural local landmark built in 1979 and fully renovated in 2021. The duplex sits on the hill giving each identical unit the feeling of living in a high rise while enjoying 180 degree views of the ocean featuring the view of white water waves.
The units feature new remote controlled blackout, solar combo blinds and air conditioning to add to your comfort. Each unit occupies an entire floor which limits the need to constantly climb stairs which is required in most of the modern buildings in the area.
The upper unit is referred to as the Penthouse and shares the dynamic views while having the convenience to be located in the walking district of Cardiff-by-the-Sea which features fine dining and Seaside Market. As a corner lot location, the units are located on a fairly busy street whose sporadic noise is partially addressed by the design and modern windows found throughout the units. The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with walk-in closet, uniquely designed curved walls and ocean views in both bedrooms. Each 1128 square foot unit has approximately 30 feet of glass sliding doors that opens to a 300 square foot balcony where you can enjoy the breeze while watching the waves of the ocean from the combined 1400 square feet of living, dining and kitchen areas. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, 65 inch HDTV, electric fireplace, high speed internet for your enjoyment. Both units share a fenced front yard which provides an ocean view sitting area with fire pit.

Beautiful place just as described. The views of the Pacific were forever with a beautiful sunset. Interior was immaculate, great pride of ownership. Close to everything. Great restaurants just a short walk away. Having a garage was a plus as was the welcoming bottle of wine and, even, a Christmas tree. Bathrooms completely stocked, lush towels. Comfortable bed. Great TV watching too. Loved the place. Hope to return. Cristina went overboard to make this a delightful trip. Thx!

Beautiful views in an updated and clean property!
Booked this property for an offsite Thanksgiving and it did not disappoint. Communication from the moment I booked and through the stay was great. Finding the property and parking were easy, self check-in was a breeze, and the interior is as advertised.
Local to San Diego and love staying in Cardiff a couple of times every year; Cardiff Seaside Market is less that a quarter mile away, make sure you get some of that Cardiff Crack!

Cristina is a great host. The property is well kept and as described. The location is on quite a busy street which can be heard throughout the night. You can’t beat this location when it comes to beach access and restaurants.

Nice, new and clean condo with an ocean view! Love that it’s close to shops and the market and the best fish tacos at Fish 101. The only drawback is it’s on a main road so there was a little more street noise than we prefer while being on vacation. Overall, Cardiff is such a wonderful beach town and the location of the condo is easy and close to so many local beaches!
