Fantastic stay

Our stay was fantastic. Condo exceeded expectation of described amenities. The owners had made available anything we needed and had it decorated to enhance our beach stay. Albeit simple, having the beds made and ready upon our arrival was a big plus and much appreciated. Access to beach was conveniently located. SeaBreeze was reactive with my call regarding needing assistance with using TV and air conditioning glitch. Maintenance responded timely and addressed issue. We loved our time on the island, will definitely be back and plan to book with SeaBreeze in the future.

We just stayed at this property and had a great time! The location is an excellent spot for walking to restaurants, ice cream, shopping and a short walk across the street to the beach! I was impressed with the decor at the condo as well as the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cart, toys and much more! The neighbors are all very nice and the community is very friendly! You will love your stay here!

Loved unit 201 at Runaway Bay, it exceeded our expectations. Newly remodeled, spotless clean, very well appointed with a fully-stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, large walk-in closet, two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, great Roku TV's in every room, very comfortable furniture, great showers and a great beachy vibe. The unit is near the front of the complex and just across from the beach access so it's literally a 2-minute walk to the beach. The pool was great--huge, public bathrooms with showers, an outdoor shower just outside the pool to wash off sand, tennis and shuffleboard courts and beautiful grounds with a Toro Irrigation system (my company plug ;0) Best was all the beach gear - Wheeled beach cart (best!), four great beach chairs, two umbrellas (one standard, one half-tent), four beach pads to lay on, small cooler and lots of beach toys for the kiddos. We had one small blip--fridge was over-cooling and freezing our food. Made one call, left the unit and came back later to a fixed fridge and gift card for the food. This unit was awesome and after arriving home two days ago, just booked the same unit for next April!

This newly updated condo was so nice. We had everything we needed. The management company was so responsive to a couple of calls we made. Excellent location. Right across the street is the beach. Wonderful restaurants you can easily walk to. Love riding the trolley and the monkey bus.

Wonderful condo recently renovated, we had everything we need it, awesome beach equipment in the closet made our stay very convenient, inside is beautiful, very good location close to beach and swimming pool, definitely coming back next year, Anna Maria Island is beautiful!!! Thank you!!!

A Lovely Spot!

We had a practically perfect stay at Runaway Bay, managed by Adrian and his crew at Seabreeze Vacations. The spot was perfect, across the street from a beautiful beach, very clean pool, and the apartment was lovely. The two bedroom, two bath was clean, very nicely appointed, and perfect for our vacation with our grown daughter, although could easily accommodate more people. It was wonderful to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. Seabreeze Vacations was very responsive if and when we did have a question, and extremely accommodating. We hope to return next year. Thanks so much!

Everything was great, location is awesome close to the beach, and Swiming pool, loved all the beach equipment we had everything that we needed. Inside off the condo is beautiful recently renovated. Definitely coming back to that place.

We stayed at Condo #201 March 16-23, 2019 and had a fabulous time! The place was everything we had hoped it would be. Beautifully decorated and recently updated. The condo was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The place is perfectly located and just a short walk across the street to the beach. We have already booked our stay for next year.

Awesome Beach Getaway

Runaway Bay Condo 201 was amazing. The décor was fully updated; the unit looked like a Parade of Homes winner! The beds and pillows were very comfortable allowing for a full night's rest! The Roku and Disney channels kept our little ones entertained. We BBQ'd on the newly placed Weber grills twice. The pool was a blast and when we walked 200 steps to the beach, we saw dolphins at sunset! The tennis courts provided fun for all. Will definitely return to unit 201 soon - its the cleanest property we've ever stayed at!!

The entire unit was decorated in the latest fashions! So clean... The kitchen was fully stoked with everything you need to cook meals, so next time, we wont bring anything from our home. There are beach chairs and toys in the outdoor closest - another thing not to pack for next trip! The beach was no more than 5 minutes away. Access was very easy. The pool area was fun and included noodles for us to lounge around in the warm pool water. The whole Runaway Bay area was quite clean with new stairs and fresh paint. We felt at home and will definitely return to unit 201.

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was recently updated and everything was there we needed. Close to the beach and restaurants. Trolley stops right in front of the complex.

Location was perfect - unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Would suggest grab bars in the showers for elderly renters as we had my 80 year old parents with us and this would have been helpful We loved the area and appreciate the flexibility at the end of our stay when our flights were canceled Thanks!

Great moments in Bradenton Beach

We had great moments in house 201, from arrival to departure. As soon as we arrived we noticed the quality of the decor of the house, and that it was recently renovated, several objects that look new, and I have the impression of being the first person to use them. The thermal bag and the beach bag are a great idea. Very cool. The mattresses, pillows and bedding very comfortable. The sofas are an invitation to descando and relaxation. The beach accessories of great quality were still with sand left by the guests before us, nothing that could hinder us, an invitation to the beach. In the kitchen excellent equipment of great brands. I felt the lack of an exhaust fan on the stove and a toaster, the microwave oven could not turn it on, the espresso machine could have some pastilles, but none of it even decreases the evaluation of the house, a subject as an opportunity for improvement. In the rooms I felt the lack of hangers, I arranged for some and left for the next guest. The common area of the condo is well maintained, everything clean and organized. The pier in the bay, inside the condo is very beautiful, and provided beautiful photos, and a wonderful contemplation of nature. Where I had the opportunity to see fish and birds very close. Moments of great contemplation of nature and the will to return to Bradenton Beach. And again thank you.
