The primary suite which has balcony access, features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and double sinks, creating a relaxing and convenient retreat. The second bedroom, located just off the kitchen and equipped with a pocket door for added privacy, includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and easy access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

On-site amenities include a community pool with plenty of seating, as well as a separate hot tub, perfect for soaking in the sun. SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. SeaBreeze Linen & Amenity Packs - With all SeaBreeze Vacation properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Included to get you started are the following: 

• Per Guest: 1 Bath Towel, 1 Hand Towel, 1 Washcloth, 1 Pool/Beach Towel
• Per Full Bathroom: 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Shower Products Set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), Cosmetic Cloth, Bath Mat

First-Time Renters - there is a Condo application of $50 required to rent this home.

Parking - There is one assigned parking spot per unit--please see condo app for specific requirements.

Elevator - Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with SeaBreeze Vacation. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.  Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
