The living room has two comfortable couches, a leather recliner, and a wicker armchair. There is also a fireplace, and a TV. The larger couch can be used as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors let in lots of natural light, brightening the space. The living room features a dining area, which is ideal for sharing meals with the entire family. The dining area is located adjacent to the fully-stocked and pristine kitchen. There is also a breakfast bar. This area is ideal for quick meals. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and access to the balcony. The master bathroom includes a jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and a personal television. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a rocking chair, and a personal television. The hallway leads to the second bath. The property can accommodate up to eight people, so bring your entire family! Condo amenities include central air conditioning, bedsheets and four TVs with four DVD players, free Wi Fi, full-size washer/dryer and refrigerator. I've been coming to this condo each year for 15+ years and cannot say enough positive things about the unit itself and its location. The proximity to the beach (less than a block!) makes the trip each day so easy, even bogged down with the chairs and toys provided by the condo, plus the outdoor pool is also a great option when you've had enough of the sand. I've been consistently impressed with the variety and quality of restaurants nearby -- Macky's, Fish Tales, Bad Monkey, and On The Bay Seafood (All You Can Eat blue crabs!) are some of my favorites. Plus, take your pick of several Old Pro mini golf courses, ice cream joints (love the new edible cookie dough shop!), and surf shops, all within walking or easy driving distance. The size of the floor plan gives you a great deal of flexibility for vacations with family and friends, even on rainy days when you want to curl up with a movie (they provide a huge selection of DVDs!), sit on the balcony with a book, or cook a nice meal. I can't say enough positive things -- Love 202 Surf Watch!!

I have stayed at this location many times over the past 10+ years and can't say enough about how wonderful it is! Always immaculately clean, as close to the beach as you can get and walking distance from fun activities and restaurants. 10/10 would recommend staying here.
