My family and I enjoyed a beautiful week in Ocean City. This is the second visit to 113 Sandpiper Dunes and we love it. Very clean, modern and convenient to the beach. The updates are top of the line and creates a comfortable at home environment. We will be back next year! Thank you!! The parking spot is close for loading and unloading and the availability of carts to transport luggage is very helpful. The pool is clean and safe for families.

Have stayed at this condo (113 Sandpiper Dunes) several times and have never been disappointed. The owner takes great pride in his place. It is a great location and a very comfortable place to hang out and sleep. Very clean, modern and convenient to the beach. The updates are top of the line and creates a comfortable at home environment. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner is also extremely nice. The condo is on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. We loved that it was on the ground floor. This is our second year staying in this unit. The owner takes great pride in his place and every year is upgrading something else in this condo. It is a great location and a very comfortable place to hang out and sleep. I would highly recommend this condo. The owner is also extremely nice.

We stayed here the week after Labor Day. What a great time to visit OC. Great weather and beaches weren't crowded. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of four (with two little boys) and a friend of ours. Right on the beach and close to many restaurants and shops. We loved that it was on the ground floor. Will definitely stay here again. Icing on the cake is the owner is a very nice guy. Very responsive and mailed an item I forgot at no charge

Great place to stay, super close to the beach. Lots of upgrades: best shower head and water pressure of any place in OC I've stayed. Also the best mattress by far in any rental property I've visited! All appliances are new and it has lots of extras you wouldn't expect.

I chose this condo because of the good reviews, and the recent updates. I was not disappointed. Everything you could possibly need is included. Only steps to the beach, and your parking spot. We spent everyday on the beach, but the pool is very nearby, if that's what you enjoy. We really appreciated the DVD player, movie channels, wifi, and washer/dryer. Also, for those who may need it, the 59th street beach access is handicapped accessible. There is a beach wheelchair available from the beach patrol.

Thank you to the family that owns this condo. It's just about perfect in every way! The kitchen was clean and updated and a great size for our family of 4 to get our lunches ready before heading out to the beach, which was literally just steps away. All of the beds were comfortable, which had been an issue for me in the past with other rentals where the mattress was older and not supportive. The 58/59th street location was awesome with some of our favorite places within walking distance (Fager's Island, Dead Freddies, Longboards) and yet even a drive to the boardwalk or the other way to our friends staying near Fenwick was not a problem. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect ocean front getaway!

Comfortable, updated accommodations! My family of six had enough space to spread out, and the proximity to the beach is fantastic. Kitchen is updated, and lacks for nothing. Master suite is a nice size. Location is great - within walking distance to good restaurants, and away from the noise of the boardwalk. We had no complaints whatsoever about this unit - would return in a heartbeat!

Very nice place. We had a great time! Good central location. We experienced good weather and it was a relatively quiet area. The pool was very refreshing and it was never crowded. The owner seems to be a top-notch guy as well.

This oceanfront condo could not be more conveniently located. Many restaurants and stores located within walking distance in this mid-town location. This was our second stay at this condo and it exceeded our expectations. It is newly renovated and attractive inside. There was space for our family and guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beach access is just a few feet away and the condo also has a pool. In short, a perfect place for a family vacation. We will definitely be coming back.

If I could give this rental 10 stars I would! It was perfect for our family of 7, clean and had everything we needed. The owner was wonderful and communicated beyond expectations! I highly recommend and hope to again stay here with my family in the future.

My husband and another couple spent a wonderful, restful September week at this lovely condo. It is nicely decorated and just around the corner from the Ocean. We enjoyed the balcony for breakfasts and leisurely reading times. It was certainly comfortable and we had all the conveniences of home. We plan to return next September to enjoy another week at the beach.

The location is great. Convenient to food and drinks. Only steps to the beach. Beautiful inside. Great place for a family to stay. The Owners were great to deal with and gave us plenty of information on places to eat, drink and activities to do in while we were in Ocean City.

This was the best and most relaxing family vacation we have had. The place is so nice and comfortable and the convenience of the 1st floor and access to the beach could not have been nicer. All we had to do was take towels to the beach and chairs. NO lugging everything under the sun. We could go to the place for lunch then go to the pool for a break from the beach. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be going back!

My family including 3 young children and parents loved our stay! The condo was very clean when we arrived the layout was wonderful. It was so nice to be steps away from the beach! We were very comfortable and were very happy with everything about our stay. I would highly recommend staying here to our family and friends!

My daughter and I booked for the third year and just love the comfort and ease of this beautiful condo. We both walked through the door saying " We're home!". As previously stated, appliances and furnishings are top notch, and unpacking and packing made convenient with a first floor location and wheeled carts. The small deck off the living room and master bedroom was appreciated for morning coffee and evening cocktails and games. The unit is stocked with DVD's and family games, which is part of our time away. Laundry was a necessity with wet towels and utilized through the week. Thank you for another great year at the beach and use of your lovely home!!!

My family and I (there were 8 of us) had the best time ever over this past weekend. We only stayed for 3 days but it was worth it. The weather was great all weekend. The condo was clean, homey, comfortable and in a great location. We were on the first floor so we didn't have to far to go with all our luggages. And the best part we were literally steps from the beach. My daughter absolutely loved her first beach trip and our whole family will definitely stay here again next year if not sooner. Love OC!

We could not have asked for a better experience in Ocean City, MD. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The high quality of everything in the unit and cleaniness made for a great vacation. We had excellent communication and service with the owner and Shoreline Properties. We would not hesitate to stay in the unit in the future! Awesome experience all around!

The condo had all the comforts of home. My husband and I took our children and grandchildren and there were no complaints. which is amazing with 5 girls ranging from 29-3. I was pleasently supprised when I needed something for cooking that the girls could go across the street and back in minutes. The location was great. Beach and pool steps away and minutes drive to the boardwalk. We all had a wonderful time.
