It is located downtown, on the boardwalk, and just steps away from the beach. Ocean Hideaway 301 is a luxurious condominium on the beachfront. This condo has a furnished balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Ocean City Boardwalk. This unit is ideal for your family to call home during a week. Ocean Hideaway 301 is Ocean City's most luxurious rental. Bright and inviting, the living room has two comfortable, floral couches, a pink armchair and a TV. The larger couch can be used as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The sliding balcony doors let in lots of natural light and brighten the space. The dining area is located just off the living space. It is ideal for sharing meals with the entire family. The fully-stocked kitchen can be found next to the dining room. It features a large, wooden-finished countertop that is ideal for quick meals. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, access the balcony, a personal television, and a private bath. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a personal television. The hallway leads to the second bath. The property can accommodate up to eight people, so bring your entire family! Unit 301 has the following amenities: central air conditioning, one parking space, and two elevators. There are three TVs and a DVD player. You will also find free WiFi, cable TV and heat. This property is not suitable to smoke or house pets. Shoreline Properties rents to responsible adults above 25 years of age. I stayed here with my son and two of his friends (16 y.o.). It was the perfect location for allowing them the freedom they needed all while keeping a watchful eye on them. :o) The space of the unit was amazing and very accommodating to our needs. The overall state of appliances and utensils were definitely dated, but usable. :o) The balcony was spacious and lovely to sit on each evening listening to the sound of the ocean. Overall we had a wonderful time with the understanding the condo was the place where we keep our stuff and get cleaned up. For us, it was about the location and staying outside as much of the day as possible. We are thankful it was another successful beach vacation.
