This condo features 2 bedrooms and 3 flat-screen TVs. It is located on the oceanfront. All units have access to Disney and HBO channels. You can also find an indoor pool and floral decor. The condo is just steps away from the beach. The living room and master bedrooms have a double-wide, tiled oceanfront balcony. The separate rear balcony affords stunning views of the bay and spectacular sunsets. Saunas and an indoor heated swimming pool are available throughout the year. Two rocking chairs, two lounges and a table with four seats are included in the oceanfront furniture. Bayside balcony with 2 chairs, 2 loungers, and a beach closet that includes beach toys, beach chairs and a rolling cart. A huge sundeck, picnic tables, in-season umbrella tables with tables and chairs, as well as lounges, are available. The owner provides secure WiFi and there is free WiFi throughout the building. One parking space is also available (provided at the building for an additional fee). This property is not suitable to smoke or house pets. Shoreline Properties rents to families, couples, and responsible adults over 25. The pool is available all year.

We had an absolutely wonderful time this past week! The condo was everything we needed. Convenient location and easy walk to the beach. The pool was great in the afternoons since the ocean was more intense and too much for our three year old. And since we weren’t there for the boardwalk being up the strip aways didn’t bother us. I would definitely book again in future years!

Great condo with an awesome view of the ocean. The balcony is huge - full table and chairs as well as a chaise and several rocking chairs. It’s a great location and a quiet building- at least it’s quiet in the off season. The condo is very comfortable and a good size. Would definitely stay again.

Better than expected. Unit very clean and roomy. Bay side balcony has beach closet with some sand toys, chairs, and beach wagon. All the major kitchen appliances were new as was the washer and dryer. Kitchen well stocked. We had a great time!!
