The large furnished balcony has a hammock and offers spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and boardwalk. Enjoy the casual boardwalk atmosphere. It is located close to Hooters, Kite Loft, and other amenities. This property is filled with great features. You will find many highlights like tile flooring, custom-tiled bathroom, quality furnishings, and cool tech features like a large flat-screen TV and Xbox gaming console. The wall-mounted iPad can also be used to surf the internet (free Wi Fi), adjust the A/C, or control the surround sound system. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar. It is ideal for making a large meal or stopping by for a quick bite. The owner also provides a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, aswell as a storage unit that contains sand toys, bikes, scooters, and other items. It's a short walk to OCMD’s top attractions. You will find rides, restaurants, attractions, and even the beach right at your doorstep. This location is perfect for guests who want to attend OC events throughout the year, such as Springfest and Sunfests, OC Bikefests and car shows like Cruisin' OC or Endless Summer Cruisin'. You can even watch car parades from your balcony on the boardwalk. The OC Boardwalk Suites have their own enclosed sand area where children can play and you can watch from your balcony. It's easy to forget about finding a parking space and paying for it. Once you arrive, you can park your car directly in front of the building and leave it there until your return.
