Enjoy your vacation here. This Oceanfront condo is difficult to find. The large furnished balcony has a hammock and offers spectacular views of the beach, ocean, and boardwalk. Enjoy the casual boardwalk atmosphere. It is located close to Hooters, Kite Loft, and other amenities. This property is filled with great features. You will find many highlights like tile flooring, custom-tiled bathroom, quality furnishings, and cool tech features such a large flat-screen TV and Xbox gaming console. The wall-mounted iPad can also be used to surf the internet (free Wi Fi), adjust the A/C, or control the surround sound system. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an extra-long breakfast bar. This kitchen is ideal for making a large meal or for quick snacks. The owner also provides a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs, boogie boards, and a storage unit that contains sand toys, scooters, and bikes. It's a short walk to OCMD’s Top Attractions. You will find rides, restaurants, attractions, and even the beach right at your doorstep. This location is perfect for guests who want to attend OC events throughout the year, such as Springfest and Sunfests, OC Bikefests and car shows like Cruisin' OC or Endless Summer Cruisin'. You can even watch car parades from your balcony on the boardwalk. The OC Boardwalk Suites have their own enclosed sand area where children can play and you can watch from your balcony. It's easy to forget about finding a parking space and paying for it. Once you arrive, you can park your car directly in front of the building and leave it there until your return. No pets are allowed. This property is only available for weekly rentals. FlexStay (check-in any day of the week, minimum 3 or 4 nights) is available during the off-season. Please call us to confirm when the property's off season begins. We do not allow guests under 25 to rent our properties for group rentals. Online bookings are not allowed for group rentals. We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean and the kitchen had all the cooking essentials. The best part was the location. With four kids, it was convenient to the beach and all the boardwalk had to offer. The boardwalk was lively well into the night but with the sliding glass doors closed, none of the noise of the nightlife could be heard inside the apartment. The rental also had bikes for use and a beachfront locker with four beach chairs, an umbrella and a boogie board that we used every day. I would really recommend this for a family vacation!
