This is the best Ocean City rental. In February 2022, Beachmark 5D was completely renovated. It has new paint and luxury vinyl flooring throughout, as well as a new water heater and a completely renovated bath. The bathroom features a tiled shower, glass barn door, a vanity, flooring, lighting, and a new vanity. You can choose from a queen or twin-sized bed with new mattress pads, pillow covers and quilt covers. A queen-sized sleeper sofa is also available with a memory foam mattress. This large 1-bedroom unit is located at the 5th floor. There is an elevator. From its balcony on the oceanfront, Beachmark 5D offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean as well as Ocean City beaches. Beachmark's beach is sunny all afternoon unlike high-rise buildings. The oceanfront pool is located on level 1. It has a deck. This property can accommodate up to five persons. This property is perfect for families! Sizes of the beds: BR: Queen with Twin bed LR: Queen sleeper sofa This property is not suitable to smoke or pets. Shoreline Properties rents to responsible adults who are over 25 years of age.
