You found the smart choice on the Killington-Pittsfield border. Powder Run gives you 2,100 square feet of new build comfort and private amenities without the resort crowds. Pull into the large flat parking area (no icy driveway drama), plug into the dedicated Level 2 EV charger, and drop your gear in the mudroom equipped with commercial boot dryers so your gear is warm and ready for the first chair. You are ten minutes from the lifts but far enough back to see the stars and escape the crowded condo complexes.

Recover From The Adventure

The private six-person hot tub sits on a dedicated patio and is professionally maintained for your arrival—perfect for après-ski relaxation. Inside, the Great Room features coffered ceilings and a red enamel gas stove that warms the whole space. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances, and sharp knives because we know you want to cook real meals here.

In summer, mini-split AC units keep every room cool, and the whole-home generator ensures you never worry about winter storms.

Space For The Whole Crew

The layout handles two families or mixed groups easily. Adults can choose between the Queen bedroom or the Full bedroom, both featuring hardwood floors. Kids get their own zone in the bunk room (Twin-over-Full with stairs) or the flex room with convertible futons and a TV. Blackout shades and premium mattresses ensure everyone sleeps comfortably.

There is an EV charger mounted outside so you never have to worry about range. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Please Note

You share the driveway and parking with our other property, Peak Hill Home, but your deck and hot tub are strictly private. Need more space? Ask us about booking both homes together to sleep up to 14 guests. Additionally, there is a separate owner's suite in the basement with its own dedicated entrance and parking; it is fully isolated from your living space to ensure your privacy.

For safety, exterior cameras are located on the corners of the home (no cameras inside). Hot tub use is included free for peak ski weekends (late Dec to mid-March), and an optional $95 setup fee applies for other dates. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must e-sign a rental agreement. No parties, smoking, vaping, or pets inside or within 75ft of the property. Fireworks are prohibited.
