Ok, if you must, it is close enough to enjoy all the wonderful things to do in our Smoky Mountain area. Everyone staying on Douglas Lake can have two vacations in one. In fact, staying on the lake here is often taking the place of the family beach trip!

This home is under 5 miles from I-40. When you arrive in this quiet location, you will find a carport perfect for your bass boat or car. If you are bringing motorcycles, kayaks, etc., there is a small attached garage for you to conveniently store your toys and gear.

The home has year-round water and is an easy walk to the lake front every season. During the summer, the community boat ramp is usable just a few doors down! This home is located between Swann's Marina and Dandridge Point. Boat rentals can be found here as well.

When you walk into this home, you will see all the hard work the new owners have put into making this a beautiful vacation choice. The large, modern industrial kitchen has lots of counter space including a Live Edge Bar that is stunning and functional. This pleasant environment has everything you need to entertain and feed your family. There is a full back deck off the main living area with beautiful 180-degree view. The Sunrises are spectacular.

The lake view is long and beautiful every day of the year. This location has a gentle slope to the private dock where fishing, sunning, swimming, reading and boating are just a few steps away!

In fact, this home offers so many places to relax, inside and out, your entire family can spread out for some much needed “me” time or lounge together on the deck, the dock, the benches, or inside!

You will also find 2 of the four bedrooms on this lower level. One bedroom is a queen bedroom and the other is a bunk sleeping room with Amazing Barn Doors that has a single bunk bed. The laundry room is located in the lower level as well.

This home is 10 minutes from Historic Dandridge, 25 minutes from Bass Pro, 35 minutes to Sevierville and 50 minutes to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.
