Saida III 601 is a newly remodeled, sixth-floor corner unit at Saida Towers III - 1,515 square feet on the beach at 400 Padre Blvd, with sweeping Gulf of Mexico views in two directions and direct access to one of the most resort-complete complexes on South Padre Island.
Three bedrooms, two baths, up to 10 guests. This space was distinctively & professional redesigned specifically with a large family in mind, and every room reflects that intention.

Saida is turn-key ready, and possibly the only choice for those that want both a true vacation feel and the convenience of a large, ready to go 3 bedroom beachfront condo.

The living room has a full-size sofa and love seat, bar-height table with stools, and USB and charging stations throughout. The recently updated kitchen is open-concept, flowing directly into the dining area and living room with large windows overlooking the pools and beach below.

The patio is a true second living space, furnished correctly with high end poly wood, as well as the included gas/LP grill for BBQs. (please note to bring your own LP gas tank as we do not provide that). The entire family can hang on the patio so your grilling King or Queen can have fun with your crew while whipping up fajitas, burgers, you name it all with a view of the pool, beach, and Gulf.

An in-unit washer and dryer is located in bedroom 3 — bring your own detergent. Iron and ironing board are also in the unit. Yes - on launch days - you can see SpaceX go to outer space too.

A starter supply of coffee, cream, and sweetener is provided along with basic toiletries, soaps, trash bags, and dishwasher pods — starter amounts only as we do not replenished. Crisp, clean & fresh towels and linens are provided on all standard beds.

PLEASE NOTE: Saida III will have an active exterior restoration project Sept. 17, 2026–March 15th, 2027. Some cnstruction noise, dust, scaffolding, workers near windows/balconies, and other construction-related disturbances may occur during your stay.

Primary bedroom: King bed, en suite bath with walk-in shower, 65" 4K TV. Bedroom 2: Queen bed; lounge chair converts to a twin; 43" TV. Bedroom 3: two twin beds, one twin/twin bunk bed, and twin airbed; 43" TV. Guest bathroom: full bath with shower/tub combo. The 10-guest maximum includes infants and children. Please do bring your own additional bedding if you plan on using the lounge chair or inflatable airbed.

PARKING
Two parking permits are included for the gated complex at no charge — parking is free here, unlike hotels on the island that charge for every car. The complex has 24/7 on-site security and elevator access to all floors. Unfortunately there is not additional guest parking - if you have more vehicles consider parking along Gulf Blvd (free city street parking) or at the post office.
The property is equipped with an elevator, so those with more limited mobility are still good to go.
Please note we have multiple units at Saida and can accommodate large groups - you can rent more than one space. Inquire — we would love to help you out!
High-speed WiFi is included throughout the condo; please note that Spectrum service can be spotty at times, so come prepared with a hotspot on your phone if you have must-do work as it can go down.

POLICIES
Primary guest must be 23 or older. Guests under 23 require prior approval before booking and a substantial additional refundable damage deposit, if approved at all.
A signed digital rental agreement and valid photo ID are required before check-in. Please read and agree to all house rules before booking — this property has several policies to understand before you arrive.
Strict cancellation policy applies. No smoking, no parties, no loud music at any time. The property is security patrolled at all times.

Nestled on South Padre Island, your stay at Saida III 601 puts you in the heart of the action! Right outside the complex, you'll find a variety of dining options like Russo's Italian Restaurant, Kohnami Japanese, Johnny Rockets, and Tropical Smoothie Cafe, all within easy walking distance. For breakfast and lunch, Yummies, the island's top-rated restaurant, is less than a half-mile away. You can also grab a quick bite at McDonalds if you wish. And just a mile down the road is Beach Park SPI, formerly Schlitterbahn Waterpark, for a day of fun. With the beach right at your doorstep, you're perfectly positioned to enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer.

Getting around is easy! While South Padre Island is very walkable, you'll find convenient options for exploring further. Free parking is available for two vehicles within the gated Saida Towers complex. Additional free street parking is available along Gulf Boulevard, or you can utilize the parking at the post office if needed. For those arriving by air, Brownsville South Padre Island International Airport (BRO) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available on the island for convenient transportation. Consider renting a golf cart for a fun and easy way to explore the island at your own pace!

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Two parking permits are provided for the gated complex. Additional free street parking is available on Gulf Boulevard, and the post office also offers parking. The primary guest must be at least 23 years old. A signed digital rental agreement and a valid photo ID are required before check-in. This property has a strict no-smoking policy, and parties or loud music are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please ensure all dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher and turned on, and all trash is taken to the designated chutes near the elevator before checking out. For stays during March and Easter Week, a mandatory condo security wristband fee of $35 per person (ages 13-33) applies, which we will bill prior to your arrival. A starter supply of essential toiletries and cleaning supplies is provided, but will not be replenished during your stay. Please bring your own LP gas tank for the grill. The use of the airbed, couches and lounge chair requires you bring your own bedding. Lastly, unauthorized guests are not allowed; gatherings are not permitted in the pool area.

Saida Towers has a bunch of small rules so PLEASE take the time to read them all and agree to ALL prior to booking. Ask questions via messaging before you book- not after as we do allow for refunds over these rules :)

An electronic key code is provided they day of check in by 3 pm, generally not before to the phone number on file. An e-sign rental agreement we do email to you must be completed to prior to arrival along with attaching a picture of your photo ID. This is NOT optional and required to maintain our STR Rental License with the City.

Minimum age of primary tenant is 23 years unless you contact us prior to arrival. If under 23, additional damage deposit is required You MUST inquire if not 23 - THERE ARE ADDITIONAL DEPOSITS required but it IS possible EXCEPT Texas week of College Spring Break.

This condo is NOT spring break friendly, FYI The maximum amount of guests indicated is the absolute maximum. We count infants (children under 2) as guests. In other words infants count on your total amount of guests allowed, no exceptions.

The primary guest must check in and accompany guests. Subletting is strictly prohibited. One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump. Please bring bedding if you plan on using as well as couches which aren't really beds but Airbnb counts em. Bring bedding if need be.

Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 padre Blvd 78597 - our office is open 9 am to 5 pm seven days a week of you should need anything. No Smoking * No Parties * No Exceptions Loud noises are NEVER permitted including music.

Complex quiet time is 10 pm to 9 am. Pool is open 8 am to 10:00 pm including out door hot tubs Check in is 3 pm. Check out is 11 a.m. Our rental includes a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps and dishwasher pods - it is not unlimited nor replenished.

For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. Max 2 cars for parking. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI No pets - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :(

Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get together NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area.

At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit to the trash chutes near elevator. Failure to do so results in an excessive cleaning fee of $150 billed to the credit card on file with Airbnb.

In March, as well as during Easter Week (holy week/semana santa) this property homeowners association / HOA requires a condo security wristband fee of $35 PER PERSON. We do bill for this prior to your arrival for your convenience. This is NOT our fee as a host this property charges this or security will not let you in.

Wristbands during this time period must be worn at ALL times This fee applies ONLY to those 13 years of age to 33. Don't ask us how they came up with that age range :) Please message us prior to booking if you have any questions we are here to help :)
