Oyster Cove is a very unique condo complex located on the fingers in Port Isabel, which are man made channels for shallow sport boats out to the laguna madre bay & waters for fishing

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen for quick family meals with pots/pans, etc. There is a full main bath, as well as a full bath off the master bedoom. The living room opens up to a patio with two new captains chairs for a sunset margarita or beer & awesome view of the channel and bay.

Each bedroom plus the living room features a flat screen smart TV. There is a ladder for adventurous souls up to the loft on 2nd floor with a 5 foot ceiling. Upstairs has a fold down futon to a full perfect for kiddos, a TV, as well as space for an airbed if need. It's an excellent kiddos hideout that will delight them.

There is a dedicated boat slip directly in front of the condo. Please bring bumpers to tie off as there is not a boat lift. You can fish from end of the slip though catching is not guaranteed :) There is a community fish cleaning station as well.

At nearly 1200 square feet Oyster Cove 63b is definitely an oversized two bedroom condo. It is nearly all remodeled new stainless fridge, bathrooms nice, super clean as well. Of course there is high speed wifi/internet.

While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that

If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.

Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up

This isn't just for fishing lovers, as your family, there is a non heated community pool, with community charcoal BBQ pits that are hard to find near the island. Bring charcoal and please clean up after youre done is the ask :)

This complex features a gated entrance with code so you can be assured your vehicles are safely parked. There are two provided parking spaces for "regular" cars 1 of which is under the building. In addition. there is space for ONE 4 door full sized truck and trailer on premise first come/first serve but nearly always open

Just down the street not more than half a block is a public boat ramp to launch your boat.. This condo complex is quiet and family oriented and not a party spot, please note the quiet times and max guests. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, there is a one time $75 pet fee per pet. If you fail to disclose it does cause an uncomfortable eviction with no refund, just let us know please. Dogs cannot be left alone to bark nor allowed on furniture.

Getting around is easy when you stay at our waterfront condo in Port Isabel. We provide two dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles, including one covered spot directly under the building. For those traveling with a truck and boat trailer, we offer additional on site parking on a first come first serve basis. While the area is best explored by car, you are conveniently located just half a block from a public boat ramp. If you are planning to visit South Padre Island, please note that a vehicle or golf cart is recommended for transit, though free parking can be found at the island intermodal bus station or near the post office.

To ensure a smooth stay please note that the primary guest must be at least twenty five years of age and present at check in. After booking we require a completed electronic rental agreement and a copy of your photo identification to comply with local rental regulations. Check in begins at three in the afternoon and check out is at eleven in the morning. We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper goods but these are not restocked during your stay. Please observe quiet hours from ten at night until nine in the morning and note that parties are strictly prohibited. Up to two dogs are permitted with a seventy five dollar pet fee per pet and must not be left unattended or allowed on furniture. At checkout please set the thermostat to seventy eight degrees, load the dishwasher, and remove all trash to the designated dumpster to avoid an additional cleaning fee. Parking is provided for two vehicles, with one spot under the building and additional space on a first come first serve basis for trucks and trailers.

Subletting is strictly prohibited. - One of the beds counted is an airbed we provide with pump as well as potentially a sleeper sofa coach. For stays more than 2 nights you may want to bring more we do not re supply. For our 1 bedroom condos, max is 1 car. For two & 3 bedrooms, 2 cars for parking though some properties may have less please check the description carefully. Additional free parking is available at the inter Modal bus station or at the post office on the Island as well as along Gulf Blvd. A golf cart is considered a vehicle FYI Generally NO PETS unless listing description indicates otherwise - if you do not disclose you will be evicted :( The pet fee for pet friendly properties is $75 plus 17% occupancy tax PER PET. If the property IS pet friendly, pets may not be left alone to bark, allowed on furniture, & all pet droppings must be picked up & properly disposed of. Pets are never allowed in or by pool areas nor are they allowed to be off lease on property Unauthorized / non registered guests are NOT allowed. Get togethers NOT allowed nor unregistered guests in pool area. At check out, you must turn the thermostat to 78 degrees, put all dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on, and take all trash in unit out to dumpster.
