A newly renovated (2024) kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures with an adjacent dining area and screened porch for al fresco and children’s meals. The five bathrooms were recently updated, en-suite in the king and queen bedrooms. There is a kid-friendly playroom/teen hangout on the first floor. Lots of books and videos to enjoy for adults and children; Outdoors, enjoy a private pool with ample lounging and sunning space with a new shaded area adjacent to the pool for relaxing out of the sun and picnics. There is a Weber grill for BBQs. There's something for everyone. Bentwood South is your slice of paradise with the comforts of home perfect for families and friends.

The family room is equipped with a 43-inch Smart TV and DVD player complemented by a half bath and laundry room. The private pool deck features an adjacent shaded area, a Weber gas grill, and ample seating. There is an outdoor shower. Additionally, the garage houses a refrigerator.

Level 2:

The spacious, open-concept living area is equipped with a 43-inch flat-screen TV with Roku and a Blu-ray player and streaming options. There are panoramic views of the Sound that can be enjoyed from the living and dining areas. There is access to two porches, one screened. There are 5 bedrooms (1 with Queen and private bath with walk-in shower; 1 with King and private bath with walk-in shower; 1 with Double, 1 with Twins, 1 with bunk set, shared full bath with shower) and half bath.
