4 bedrooms (1 with Queen, 2 doubles, 1 with twins with CATV/DVD), 2 bathrooms (1 with tub/shower, 1 with shower), living room with stereo, additional dining/game tables, and powder room. Kitchen/dining room and breakfast bar. Central heat and air conditioning, screened porch, 2 outside showers, swimming pool in front.

Detached Building:

1 bedroom (with King), 1 bathroom, CATV/DV player, stereo, laundry.

The vacation rental includes a private Swimming Pool, Pool area, and a walkway and stairs to the beach. The large oceanfront deck is ideal for sunbathing, reading, or drinking cocktails. It also offers views of the Outer Banks coastline and distant views of Kitty Hawk Fishing Pier in Duck. You can watch the stars at night, the children chasing the sandcrabs on the beach, and listen to the Atlantic Ocean's gentle sounds as it washes up on the shore.

This rental house is located next to a lifeguard station, with Surf Rescue providing lifeguard service. There are two additional beach lifeguard stands at the Outer Banks beaches in the Town of Southern Shores, as well as two additional lifeguards who patrol on four-wheel-drive ATVs.

Outdoor showers are a favorite among Outer Banks vacationers. They are available at all Outer Banks rental houses. This oceanfront beach rental offers 2 outdoor showers, which is a big difference from other rentals. The beach walk leads to one of the outdoor showers. It is accessible directly from the beach, and there is an entry door to the southerlymost bathroom and the rest. The screened porch allows vacationers to enter and exit the rental as they travel to the beach, dunedeck, swimming pool, or outdoor shower. The screened porch faces the Atlantic Ocean and is furnished with a love chair (glider), chairs and a picnic table. There is also a bench and an outdoor carpet for comfort.

You can walk or bike down the pedestrian path to find a variety Outer Banks Restaurants. These include Steamers, High Cotton and Run Down Cafe, Duck Donuts as well as Pizza shops, Subway, Vilai Thailand Kitchen, bagels, and other restaurants. As you head south towards Kitty Hawk (Ocean Boulevard, Black Pelican), etc. You will probably prefer to drive or use another mode of OBX transportation. You might also want to visit Duck & Corolla or other communities in Currituck County. These are often referred to as "The Northern Outer Banks".
