Main entry into open sitting area; 3 bedrooms (1 with Queen has private, roll-in shower with seat and rails, flat screen TV; 1 with King with bath allowing entry from hallway, flat screen TV; 1 with King with private bath with shower and flat screen TV); breakfast area in hall has table with 2 chairs, microwave, mini refrigerator, sink, and second laundry;

Level 3:

Great room with gas fireplace, flat screen TV; tiled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, 5 burner gas stove, 2 dishwashers and breakfast nook seating 6; dining table in the adjacent sunroom seats 8; bedroom (with King, private bath with a tiled, multi-head shower and flat screen TV); half bath/laundry combo.
