With a private pool, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and access to community tennis and pickleball courts and the sound, this home has plenty to offer both on and off the beach.

The outdoor spaces are a highlight, with multiple decks offering opportunities to enjoy sun or shade throughout the day. The private pool area also features a combination of sunny and shaded spaces and convenient access to multiple levels of the home. After a day at the beach or pool, relax on the large screened porch, stretch out in the hammock, or gather outside to enjoy the coastal breeze.

Inside, the open great room provides space for everyone to relax together, while the remodeled, well-equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy. On rainy days, head to the covered garage for a game of ping pong.

Guests also have access to community tennis and pickleball courts, as well as sound access—a great spot to wind down the day and take in an Outer Banks sunset.
