This home is set up perfectly for two small families vacationing together, or for one larger family. Enjoy the ocean view and breezes from the screened porch or watch the beautiful stars while relaxing in the hot tub. Other bonuses include easy beach access, quiet cul-de-sac, grill area with picnic table and backs to open space with wild life to enjoy. Directly across the street is Harris Teeter for groceries, among other pizza and ice cream stores. Make Sandzabar your choice year after year for the perfect family vacation.

Cast iron tub under deck. Enclosed outdoor shower and storage closet. Grilling area with park style grill.

Level 2:

3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, flat screen TV, deck access; 1 with Bunk set, Twin, 42" flat screen TV; 1 with Twins, flat screen TV), full hall bath (tub and shower), laundry closet with washer and dryer.

Level 3:

Fully stocked, galley-style kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and flat screen TV, dining area with table that seats 6, plus pub-style table that seats 2, living area with flat screen TV/DVD player. Furnished, screened porch and sundeck with ocean views. Hot tub on sundeck. Bedroom (with Queen, TV, private bath with tub and shower).

Located in Section E of Ocean Sands, Sandzabar, offers easy access to grocery shopping, as well as smaller shops and restaurants at the entrance to The Currituck Club. Just a few miles north you will find TimBuck II and Monteray Plaza shopping centers which offer even more shopping, dining and activities for the whole family to enjoy. The golfers in your party will appreciate the proximity to The Currituck Club Golf Course, one of the best courses that the Outer Banks has to offer.
