About this rental

Property Description

At this semi-oceanfront gem, just one lot from the ocean, enjoy coffee or cocktails on the upper deck while watching dolphins splashing and pelicans diving into the ocean or relax on the lower deck rope swing for two to the sound of crashing waves and the feel of the ocean breeze. This immaculately maintained and well-equipped family favorite also features a sand court for volleyball or badminton and shaded swings in a sandy play area under the house for the kiddos. Private Sound deck access for Snow Geese Dunes guests allows for crabbing and spectacular sunset views. Ride the bikes or walk to Duck village for morning coffee, donuts, great dining and shopping.  The Snow Goose was designed and built by and for a large family and is still owned by the same family today – we’re thrilled to share our favorite place with you and our many repeat renters (repeat renters will love the updates for 2025 – huge new comfy L-shaped living room couch, new rugs and artwork, and blackout curtains in the larger Level 1 bedroom).

Level 1:

3 bedrooms (2 with Queen, 1 with 2 Bunk sets), full bath. Laundry. Queen bedrooms each have sliding door access to large wrap-around deck with Adirondack chair seating and porch rope swing for two. 1 Queen has Smart TV.

Level 2:

Ocean view from open floor plan living room/dining room/kitchen area with cathedral ceilings, L-shaped couch, two recliners, large Smart TV, and two sliding glass door entries to wraparound deck that includes a screened in porch off the dining area. Bedroom (with Queen) with access to both large wrap-around deck and small private west facing deck, full bath. Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic, tiled counters. Desk and printer.

Ground Level:

Outdoor shower, covered parking for one car, sand play area for children with swings (additional parking for two cars in driveway), sand volleyball/badminton court with net, outdoor grill
