The owners, two sisters who grew up vacationing on the OBX, have made The Last Resort the kind of vacation home of which they'd always dreamed and are excited to share it with you.  Start your morning with a leisurely walk to Duck Village for coffee, spend the day relaxing on the beach or soaking up some rays on the sun drenched deck spanning the south side of the house, enjoy cocktails with a glorious sunset view on the private Sound access deck (for Snow Geese Dunes residents only), while lounging on The Last Resort’s own upper screened porch, or in the living room with windows spanning the entire west side, and end your day gazing at the stars with a relaxing soak in the six person hot tub on its own private deck. The Last Resort, or the ONLY resort? You be the judge!

Level 1:

Two car carport, outdoor grill, shaded seating area, hot tub, deck, private outdoor shower, roomy indoor storage area.

Level 2:

3 bedrooms (2 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid bunk). Smart TV in one Q room, full bath (with tub and shower), large sundeck spanning back of house, shaded deck spans front, both with furniture.

Level 3:

Bedroom (with King), full bath (with tub and shower), TV/DVD player, stereo, living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen (fully remodeled in 2024, including all new appliances), with microwave, dishwasher, and NutriBullet for smoothies, free-standing pantry, ocean and sound views. Screened porch deck spanning front of house.
