Game room with pool table, card table, kitchenette. Laundry. 2 bedrooms (Bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds; bedroom with pyramid bunk) shared bath (with tub & shower) with privacy door. Nicely landscaped yard. 2 outdoor showers, park style grill. 

Level 2:

4 bedrooms, 2 with access to covered decks (1 King with tub & shower; 2 King each with bath with shower; 1 Queen with tub & shower.

Level 3:

Spacious dining/kitchen/family room area. Large kitchen opens to 2 dining areas and living room areas with screened porch for additional outdoor dining off the dining room and large sun deck off the living room. Half bath. Tiled floors.
