For more casual fare and local brews, check out New River Brewery or Boondocks Restaurant and Brew Haus.</span></p>

Riverside Canoe &amp; Tube Rental is just over 15 minutes away and open seasonally from late spring to early fall (official dates can vary depending on weather).</span></p>

If you&rsquo;re here during the fall, taking a day to drive up and down the parkway will give you some of the best views of the High Country&rsquo;s famous fall foliage.</span></p>
