Located on Main Street, this rental is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and galleries and driving distance to some of Montana's most renowned outdoor activities. This home is located in the heart of downtown Bozeman. Walkable to great food, live music, and all the energy of a college town! With that comes some evening buzz and occasionally early morning deliveries nearby. Love being in the middle of it all? This minimalistic loft offers a blend of modern convenience and vintage charm. With two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom, it’s an ideal space for those who appreciate both comfort and simplicity. The living room offers a cozy couch for everyone to snuggle up on and watch a movie or play a board game. There is also a designated desk space if you need to work. Off the living room is the dining room, which turns into the kitchen. The dining room offers seating for four people to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen has retro appliances, which not only enhance the kitchen’s aesthetic but adds a unique, personalized touch to the space, offering a perfect blend of old-fashioned character with today’s modern living. 

The two bedrooms are located off the living room. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom attached to it with plenty of room to rest. The other bedroom also has a queen-sized bed with an expansive view of downtown. Both bedrooms offer solace after an adventurous day of exploring Bozeman. There is also a community washer and dryer located in the building for your use. 

Winter 
Winter in Bozeman delivers quick access to some of the best skiing and cold weather adventures in the region. Just outside town, Bridger Bowl Ski Area is a beloved local favorite known for its 2,000 skiable acres, 8 lifts, and an average of 350 inches of snowfall each year. For even larger terrain, Big Sky Resort is an easy drive, while Lone Mountain Ranch -- voted #1 Nordic Ski Resort in North America, offers exceptional cross-country skiing. For something different, head to Hyalite Canyon, one of the top ice-climbing destinations in the U.S. After a day outdoors, soak at Bozeman Hot Springs or explore downtown. As a vibrant college town, Bozeman offers a lively mix of restaurants, breweries, shops, and nightlife year-round. 
 
Summer 
Summer brings festivals, sunshine, and endless adventure. Bozeman hosts popular events like the Sweet Pea Festival, summer rodeos, and Montana State University graduation, adding energy throughout the season.
