Nestled on the banks of the Swan River in Bigfork, Montana, this charming two-bedroom rustic ranch style home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and comfort. As you approach this home, you'll be greeted by the warm, inviting exterior featuring natural wood siding, a gabled roof, and a spacious front deck adorned with sturdy wooden railings and comfortable outdoor furniture for you to enjoy the forest view of the Retreat. To the back of the home, there is a private patio off the living room and another patio off the second bedroom giving you direct access to the Swan River, Jewel Basin mountain range surrounding natural beauty.

*Please note, the two patios and the large covered front porch are available for you during your stay. The main house has a large back deck, outdoor bar and firepit that are private for the homeowner in the main house and not available for your use. We ask that guests respect the homeowner's privacy.*

There are two ski resorts in the area including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.
