As you walk into the home, you are greeted with modern, sleek designs with lots of sunlight streaming in. To the left of the doorway is a mud room/ laundry room perfect for leaving your shoes and jackets in and a half bath. To the right, you are welcomed into an open-concept living area, with the kitchen being the first access point of the space. The kitchen has a beautiful waterfall island with bar seating for four people and a built-in microwave. This kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances. If you enjoy cooking and entertaining from the kitchen, this home is designed for you. Off of the kitchen is the dining room with stunning views of the surrounding area and a table set for eight people. Continue into the living room, where you will be cozy by the fireplace in any of the four seating options. Your first access point to the balcony is from the living room. Back inside, the primary bedroom is located right off the living room. This room hosts a king-size bed, with chairs to sit and read a book. There is private access to the balcony here, perfect for your morning yoga. The primary room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. This room also gives you access to the patio and backyard. The first bedroom has custom wall built-in queen-size bunk beds and a little seating area to hang out on the oversized chairs. The third bedroom has two queen-size beds, a walk-in closet, and private access to the backyard patio. On the other side of the lower level is a fourth bedroom with a king-size bed, private patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. 

The cool and unique aspect of the property is the owners have added a luxurious ADU. It is situated away from the house, which is perfect if you have guests along on your trip. It has two levels with a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a loft on either end of the unit, with one room having a queen-size bed and the other having a twin-size bed. This ADU comfortably sleeps three people. There is a little patio with seating or a table with seating for four people, so you can enjoy dinner or a cup of coffee outside. 

The exterior of the house provides a 1,200 ft cedar deck for relaxing or entertaining. With multiple lounging areas, There is space for the whole family to relax and unwind.
