This luxurious property boasts 7,215 square feet spread across three thoughtfully designed levels. It features five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, along with an additional shared full bathroom and a half bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.

You will step into this exquisite multi-level home through the front door on the main level, which features the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. This space is highlighted by soaring wood beam ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of the mountains! The living room boasts an open sleek contemporary design and is furnished with luxury pieces. Amenities include a cozy gas fireplace, an oversized sectional, a Smart TV, a Sonos sound bar, and slope-side views. The lower-level living room: This area serves as the perfect retreat after an eventful day on the slopes! Relax on the cozy sofa seating while watching your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. Challenge friends or family to an exciting game of Golden Tee, or gather around the game table for a fun round of cards. For added convenience and enjoyment, the space also features a bar area equipped with built-in wine fridges. Access off this area to the lower-level patio where you will find the hot tub and the ski in/out access. The lower-level theater/ bunk room features tiered seating with six fully reclining movie theater chairs, perfect for unwinding while enjoying three Smart TVs. Adjacent to the theater room, a separate space provides extra sleeping arrangements, including a Queen-over-Queen bunk bed and a sofa. The ski room area is a skier's paradise. It features a fully equipped ski room with ski lockers and boot racks for easy storage. Additionally, the space includes a full-size washer and dryer, providing a convenient way to quickly clean your ski gear. For added comfort, a full bathroom with two showers is also located here. Entertain in a sleek modern kitchen equipped with concrete countertops and top-of-the-line Thermador appliances. The kitchen features an oversized waterfall island with seating for 6. Enjoy your morning coffee from the plumbed-in coffee system! Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a large modern dining table that seats 10, under the warm glow of a contemporary chandelier. Find access to the outside patio off the dining room.


The primary bedroom hosts a king-size bed, accent seating, and a Smart TV. Step out to the spacious private patio that offers outdoor seating. The en suite bathroom features two sinks, a spacious glass walk-in shower, and a separate oversized soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king-size bed, queen-size sleeper sofa, Smart TV, desk space, and windows offering plenty of lighting. The private bathroom features two sinks and, a spacious glass walk-in shower with numerous showerheads. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed, Smart TV, desk space, and lots of large windows to bring in the views. The private bathroom features two sinks and, a large glass walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The bunk room has two custom-built Queen over Queen-size bunk beds equipped with individual reading lights and sofa seating with a Smart TV. The En Suite Bathroom offers two sinks and a tub/shower combo. The fifth bedroom hosts a king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and access to a lower-level patio with outdoor seating. The private bathroom offers a double sink, walk-in shower, and oversized tub. Lastly, the sixth bedroom has a full Shared bathroom with a shower located in the ski room.
