This spacious 6-bedroom, 5-bath (plus 2 half baths) retreat sleeps up to 16 guests. The main floor unfolds into one expansive 1,200-square-foot living space facing Polson Bay, anchored by a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large dining area. Making it the perfect for gathering area the whole crew after a day on the water. Upstairs, six oversized bedrooms are spread across the second and third floors, including a king master suite, additional king and queen rooms, and two rooms with double queens, giving families and groups room to spread out. A garage converted entertainment space with games and a wet bar adds a fun, low-key hangout space for evenings in.

Summer
Polson sits at the southern tip of Flathead Lake — the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi — putting you minutes from swimming, boating, paddleboarding, and some of the best sunset views in the Flathead Valley. Spend your days exploring Polson Bay, renting a boat from one of the local marinas, or casting a line for the lake's famous lake trout and whitefish. Wander through downtown Polson's shops, breweries, and lakeside restaurants, or take a short drive to Flathead Cherry orchards for fresh, in-season picking each July and August. Glacier National Park is just over an hour north, making it an easy day trip for Going-to-the-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, or a hike on one of the park's 70+ trails. Don't miss local summer events like the Flathead Cherry Festival, Polson's Main Street Farmers Market, and the Standing Arrow Powwow, all adding small-town Montana charm to your lake getaway.

Winter

Air Conditioning: 
This home does not have air conditioning, which is typical for Montana mountain properties. Evenings cool down beautifully at elevation, and opening windows at night is the best way to bring that fresh mountain air in. During the day, keeping windows and curtains closed helps hold the cool air inside. Fans are available in the bedroom closets for additional comfort. For safety, please only open windows while you are present on the property. Window AC units are added for your comfort.

This home accommodates 2 vehicles in the driveway. This home does not have room for an RV or trailer in the driveway. Please note, while you have access to the garage, there is no parking allowed in the garage. Please use the driveway.
