It is our pleasure to assist you. Set on a pristine stretch of shore at Rubicon Bay, Heavenly View lakefront vacation rental truly takes one's breath away. The majestic waters of Lake Tahoe can be seen from nearly every room in this spectacular lakefront home. The walls are beautifully clad in fir by a master woodworker. The glass doors open up in the dining and living areas, allowing for a wonderful indoor/outdoor transition. This is one of only very few lakefront homes with air conditioning throughout the entire home. Common areas and bedrooms are individually zoned. The kitchen features Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, custom walnut cabinetry, a large porcelain farm sink and a wet bar. The bedrooms have custom bedding, upscale linens, and powered blackout shades. The professional interior design incorporates distinctive finishes that enhance the setting at every turn. The Lutron lighting system allows for use of preselected lighting scenes as well as individual control and dimming of all lights and shades throughout the home. The lakeview living room has extra deep RH leather sofas, fur blankets, lots of board games, shuffleboard and a wood burning fireplace. While the guest house is only available for stays of 31 days or longer, the gym inside of the guest house is accessible for all rentals. It has television, a Peloton, treadmill, multigym, kettle bells, free weights, bench, Bosu, yoga blocks and yoga mats. Outside there are several areas to enjoy, including the patio complete with lakeview hot tub and firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Around the corner is another area complete with RH sofas and Lava Heat Italian patio heaters. The spacious lawn has chaise lounges and a Roman Arc hammock overlooking the lake. Additional lounge chairs can be found on the private beach, one of the few lakefront homes with a soft, sandy beach. The brand-new pier was built in 2022 and is shared with only one other home. With a pierhead width of 15', it is one of the widest private use piers on the lake, and is flanked by two catwalks that will be adjusted to the perfect height before your stay. In the winter, youre only a 10-minute drive from skiing at Homewood, and you can enjoy the peaceful seclusion of the west shore with the comfort of knowing that there is a whole house generator if the power goes out.
