La Dolce Vita is an adorable 2,565 square foot cottage situated on a .83-acres with over 100 feet of lake frontage. The home charms with its tranquil setting, classic Old Tahoe interior design, and expansive lake views. Sunbathers will delight in the shared boathouse with a spacious top deck, providing the perfect spot to enjoy the glorious sun atop the turquoise water. A stone patio at water's edge, surrounded by grass, sets the stage for lawn games and lazy days with cool Tahoe breezes sending scents of pine through the air. One buoy is available for boating enthusiasts, welcoming exploration of lakeside restaurants, marinas and sandy beaches.
Inside, La Dolce Vita boasts ample space for indoor / outdoor living with a covered stone terrace hosting a second dining area. Surrounded by warm woods including the flooring, walls and ceiling, the living room is an extremely comfortable area in which to gather and converse.
