The villas is a mere 376 steps to the beach and has just been completely renovated!!! The HVAC has a Lennox UV Healthy Climate filtration system. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Unit is equipped with both a 12 cup & a Single-Serve K-cup coffee maker. Living room & dining room have ample comfortable seating for 4-6 people and a large flat panel screen TV with DVD player. Master bedroom on main and upstairs bedroom have king beds, flat screen TV's, and both bathrooms have been renovated with granite countertops and walk-in showers. Owner added a Front gate EZ Bed Inflatable Guest Bed with legs & Constant Comfort Pump (Queen size). This is a NON SMOKING unit.
Don’t forget to enjoy Ocean Gallery to its fullest while you are vacationing! Ocean Gallery has fun for the entire family, get together for a friendly game of Shuffleboard, Ping Pong, Tennis, Basketball, or Pickleball. Enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. Nicely and tastefully appointed with great access to pool and just few steps away from beach boardwalk by Pacifica pool. Property is very well maintained and cared for.

This was a quick, short visit to the condo at 59 Village Del Prada Circle for the purpose of reuniting with a friend. However, this was also a third time repeat visit to this very same condo unit. The decor is fittingly beach themed thus making it a great place to spend a summertime or anytime vacation. The weather for this springtime visit was idyllic. I am looking forward to many, many more visits.
