Best of all, 3 steps to a magnificent evening sunset, viewed off the 700 sq. ft. concrete patio on the beach. Other features include a nice back deck natural gas grill, 1 bath, washer-dryer and a comforting covered large front porch. An hour from Niagara Falls or Niagara Falls,Ontario and the New Niagara Falls, New York Casino!

Spring and Fall are quiet times great for getting away.
