Dining space comfortably seats 10. The kitchen is a dream to work in. It has an island with seating for 3, plus a separate side bar with additional seating.

This house features 2 master bedroom's and 4 additional bedrooms. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV

Main floor consists of living, dining, kitchen, king bedroom, and an additional bedroom with 2 queens. There are also 2 baths with walk-in shower.

The 1st floor has 2 huge king oceanfront master bedrooms with door leading to a large oceanfront covered deck with plenty of seating for everyone. Each has a private bath with separate sink and enclosed toilet. The north side bedroom has a deep soaking jacuzzi-type tub as well. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor..There are 2 bedroom with 2 Queen beds in each, both equipped with flat screen TV's, street side balcony & shared bath with shower only...

At night....When the ocean is out of sight, the inside of the house becomes the show! The lighting is done in blue with hidden lighting sources all over

Full size washer/dryer on 1st floor... Gas grill....Parking for 6 cars....TV's in each bedroom & ceiling fans throughout. Free wifi access! 42" TV in both masters .... cool gel mattresses throughout house in 2019

Sleeps up to 14 people, with a maximum of 13 adults. Non-smoking...Saturday to Saturday during summer... All of our properties include pillows & comforters.. Linens, towels, paper, plastic & soap products not provided. Security deposit applies...Dog friendly (certain restrictions apply with paid non-refundable charge)... Departure cleaning is inlcluded
