We have rented Beachcomber the past few years. The new “L” couch was great for seating. The large coffee table made it tight and tricky to move around though. Love the new kitchen table. Updates to the kitchen would be nice. Love that check in time has been much earlier the past few years. Great to get our vacation started earlier. The code and no keys is easy. The porch is the best for sitting and viewing the ocean.

Another stellar visit at the Beachcomber - this was our second stay at this home. Everything was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the beach and the deck. This home was super clean and comfortable. Love the old beach cottage feel of Beachcomber. It’s been updated just right when, really, who needs more than beautiful beachfront/oceanfront and that perfect porch! Also, have to mention the comfort of the beds…they are like sleeping on clouds! Thanks for a great week and look forward to another getaway.

This home was perfection. We have stayed at beach homes from Jekyll Island to the Outer Banks. There are some nightmares out there, even with 5 star reviews, so I was prepared for the worse but hoped for the best…this was it. VBV has always managed to do an excellent job - from reservation to check out. This home was perfect. I cannot think of one thing I would change. Thank you so much for a restful week with family.

Super cozy home that has been thoughtfully updated. Loved the porch/deck with its comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable, slept great! Treated to a show with the beach nourishment action, but it was okay and actually pretty interesting (the dredging company workers are as accommodating as possible in working around beach goers). Parking was great, minimal steps made loading/unloading easy. Great central location for restaurants. Would definitely stay here again, thanks for allowing us to include our dog in the fun! If there is a downside to mention, consider some firmer couches.
