Carolina Surf 303 is an oceanfront jewel in the heart of Carolina Beach. The unit is in excess of 1000 square feet with 3 full size bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen with bar overlooking dining and living space. Sliding glass doors open to oceanfront deck with sensational views of the beach. The comfortable living room sofa pulls out into another queen size bed when additional sleeping space is needed for children. The unit is spacious, which allows the family to enjoy time together as well as allows an individual to enjoy some privacy when desired. All TV's are equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

New Hardwood flooring in all 3 bedrooms as well.
Master bedroom features king bed with glass sliding doors to oceanfront balcony and private bath.
The 2nd full bathroom which is the main bath is just outside the 2nd Queen bedroom.
3rd Queen bedroom is street side and has private 1/2 bath
Oceanfront pool and kiddie pool
Complex is within walking distance to Carolina Beach Boardwalk, shops and restaurants, fireworks on Thursday evenings during the summer can be enjoyed from your deck.
Located on the 3rd floor ~ the views are spectacular
