Property Description

From the 2nd floor deck, living room, and master suite, you can see and hear the waves crashing on the beach! Comfy & charming, this condo is just steps from the beach and the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, shops etc.

Within the living space you will find ultra high speed WIFI, large flat screen Apple TV equipped with Spectrum Select Cable and a DVD player for playing your favorite movies. One of the kitchen counters serves as a 2 person breakfast bar, set with high chairs for kid-size dining. And a washer and dryer(stack able) to keep all those swimsuits and towels fresh and ready to go! The table in the dining area is a hub of activity, obliging up to 6, for meals, of course, but in-between can serve as a great game table for phase one or monopoly.

The deck along with bistro seating for 2 will certainly become your favorite space for simply watching the waves, covered, so that is always has a nice mix of sun and shade before disappearing for the day.

There are 2 bedrooms at 2C, plus a sleeper in the living room. The master suite just upgraded to a KING an ultra luxurious mattress, wall-mounted flat screen TV an en-suite bathroom, from where you can sneak to the oceanfront deck at any hour from your sliders.

The second bedroom contains a Twin XL over Queen Pyramid bed, TV and easy access to main bath with a tub/shower combo.

A large shore-side swimming pool, ideal for everything from water aerobics, laps or lively games of sharks & minnows. And a walkway that takes you right down to the white sands of Carolina Beach! Ideally located within walking distance to the Marina, and the Classic Ocean Side Carolina Beach Boardwalk which features a full host of shops, restaurants, and nightlife for visitors of all ages to explore. From sunrise to sunset all through the summer, the Boardwalk is the place to be. Spectacular fireworks, fun family movies, top tapping music – the events are endless
