Master suite has king pillow top mattress, efficiency kitchen and sofa. Flat screen TV and DVD. Luxury Jack and Jill bathroom features tile double shower and whirl pool tub. Full size washer dryer. All TV's equipped with Spectrum Select Cable TV Second bedroom has a comfy pillow top king size bed, There is a full kitchen, sun room with dining area, and full size futon bed with comfortable mattress. Flat screens in Living room and bedroom. Elevator access, Assigned parking & Access to PRIVATE SKY DECK with lounges and table and chairs, overlooking lake and beautiful ocean views. Only 2 short blocks to the ocean. This is a very convenient location one block to the Carolina Beach Lake for exercising and dog walking (summer movies and Farmers Market on Saturday), Carolina Beach Boardwalk (summer fireworks & live music), wonderful restaurants, marina, and shopping. Reserved parking. Linens, soaps and paper products are included, as well as beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Culligan purified drinking water provided. Non-smoking, security deposit applies, elevator, free secured WIFI access... Sunday to Sunday during summer...No smoking anywhere on property....... Elevator service is reliable but not guaranteed, departure cleaning is included. Property May NEVER Exceed Occupancy Limit Set by Owner Absolutely NO Events(Reunions, Weddings, Parties, etc) are allowed at this Property Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances: Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
