To put it simply, this home is truly unbelievable! It offers over 3,600 square feet of outdoor covered patios, balconies, and entertainment space, including a multi-sport court with options for pickleball, basketball, hockey, soccer, and so much more during your stay! You’ll also have your own putt-putt course and beach area! And, when you’re done being active, just jump into the gigantic, 23,000-gallon resort style pool. It offers an 8-person spa, waterslide, large sun shelf, and more. The expansive outdoor covered patio offers: 4-large smart TV’s, dry bar, natural gas BBQ, suspended day beds, multiple dining and lounging options, all with garden and Sabal Lake views. Sabal Lake is a tidal lake that is fed directly from Sarasota Bay offering a peaceful wildlife estuary full of mangroves, birds, and fish for you to enjoy. There is so much to do at this home, it’s crazy! And it’s located 1-2 blocks to the beach (beach access 12) and South Siesta Village, so you can easily walk or bike there, or catch the free trolley anywhere else.

Once inside the home, you’ll notice the spacious and open floor plan that offers 4,100 square feet of interior living space, with an elevator that provides service to all levels. The great room contains the fully stocked chef’s kitchen, large living area, and dining area with plenty of seating. The home’s club room boasts a movie theatre room with custom built theatre seating for 6, a wet bar with bar sink and beverage refrigerator, and bar top seating for 3! It’s perfect for the big game or movie night with the family! There are 7 Bedrooms (all featuring en-suite bathrooms) and 7.5 Baths throughout the home. It comfortably sleeps 19 people in Beds. This home’s live ability is level 100! Additionally, it offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property, Nintendo and PlayStation gaming systems, smart TVs in every room, free parking, and to many amenities to list!

Ground Level:

Parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 covered + 4 driveway spaces). It also features the pool area, covered patio and pool areas, BBQ grill, multi-sport court, putt-putt golf course, lounging beach area and ping pong, and the main entrance with elevator and stair access to the home's main living space above.

The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features the great room with a large chef’s kitchen with ‘butler’s pantry’, dining area with seating for 10 people and bar seating for 5, and a living room with a smart TV and ample seating. There are also 2 balconies on this level. The front Balcony offers rocking chairs and beautiful oak tree canopy views and shade, while the rear balcony features a second dining space to accommodate 6, as well as additional soft seating that overlooks the pool and lake. This living level features 3 of the homes 7 bedrooms including the Master Bedroom. The Master features a King Bed with a walk-in closet, and an oversized en-suite bathroom witth walk-in shower and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedrooms 1-2 both feature king beds, smart TVs, and en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Also located on this floor is a ½ Bath and laundry room.

The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor)

This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms and the super fun club room. Bedrooms 3-5 feature king beds, smart TVs, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Bedroom 6 features 2-sets of custom-built Queen over Queen bunk beds, a built-in tech bar (dedicated workspace), and an ensuite bathroom. Also located on this floor is a ½ Bath.

Extended Stays:

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks at one of our Lido Key or Siesta Key Luxury Rental Properties? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have a mid-stay clean performed every 2 weeks during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote prior to booking. Linens and towels can also be laundered mid-stay for an additional fee as well. We are passionate about maintaining our homes, so we appreciate your cooperation on this.
