Welcome to the Tipsy Bear Lake House! This is a gorgeous, luxury log home located in Fontana Lake Estates. The western view offers breathtaking views of Fontana Lake with a sunset backdrop. Fontana Lake Estates is a premiere gated community with marina facilities to launch your boat as well as swimming and picnic areas. The home has everything a large family will love from the gourmet kitchen to the covered porch to the downstairs bar and game room. There are two gas fireplaces indoors as well as one on the covered deck outdoors. A video arcade game, wet bar, and shuffleboard table will occupy the entire family. Outside, there's ample space to relax plus both a gas and a charcoal grill.
Main Level:
Kitchen - Fully equipped with gourmet appliances and plenty of pans, plates, utinsels, and small tools for preparing just about anything.
Great Room - there is a huge great room with a towering stone fireplace illuminated with the elegant antler chandelier overhead. There's a big-screen TV, comfy sectional sofa, and overhead open loft area too.
Primary bedroom - the primary bedroom in on the main level with a king bed and huge ensuite bathroom with shower stall, double sinks, and a jetted tub with TV and fireplace to enhance your soak.
Lower Level:
Family room - wet bar, video arcade game, shuffleboard table, gas fireplace, laundry room, and patio doors out to the charcoal grill and the hot tub area
Bunk Bedroom - twin-over-full beds with shared bathroom
