Property Description

Poseidon's Paradise is a 2300 square foot Northwest Contemporary home with breathtaking views and quick access to the beach, just 500 feet down the street. It offers room for the whole family to gather or spread out on 3 levels.

On the first level you'll find a 2 car garage, and a bunk room with two sturdy bunk beds that will hold your children or your golf buddies. It has a sofa and a TV, so you can watch the big game by yourself or the kids can hook up a game box. There is also a large laundry room with front loading washing machine and dryer, a large folding counter and a wash tub. This level also has a bathroom with shower.

Up the stairs takes you to the main living area on the second floor where you'll find the great room. The has a foodies dream kitchen, a dining area for 8, a pellet stove, a large smart TV and lovely sectional sofa, all with spectacular views of Heceta Beach. There is access to the deck which has a glass wall to protect you from the summer breeze. Also on this level is another full bath and a bedroom with queen bed. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, a separate wall oven and all the kitchen gadgets you can imagine, plus gorgeous quartz counter tops.

But this is only the beginning; The third floor has the master suite. The master bedroom with a queen bed, a desk, in case you need to escape for a zoom meeting. Also on this floor is a family tv room with a sofa and Roku, plus a bathroom with two vanities and a jacuzzi tub. From this sitting area you can survey the whole neighborhood and beach including views of the Heceta Head lighthouse.
