7 Bayberry Drive - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and three and a half baths on two levels. Downstairs there are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, and one and a half baths. One bathroom has access to one bedroom and the hallway. The other bedroom has access to the half bath only. Upstairs, one bedroom, on the roadside, has a queen bed. This bedroom has a private bath. One bedroom has a queen and a single and one has a single and a set of bunk beds. There's a hall bath for the use of these two bedrooms.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, Porta-crib, baby gate, Keurig coffeemaker, regular coffeemaker, iron/ironing board, high efficiency washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. This property does not provide cable, but a 65" Smart TV with YouTube, Prime, Hulu, Sling, Netflix, Disney +to be accessed with guest's account number. There's Wi-Fi, extended porch, deck with furniture. The dining room table seats six, and there are three additional chairs at the bar. This house is located midway between the Seabrook and Schooner Street pool, and the beach access, and a short walk from both.

The golf cart outlet is in the carport.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
