HI SEA - 5 Duneside Drive - This mid island house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two queens. These two bedrooms have private baths. Upstairs, one bedroom has two queen beds and one has one queen. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There's also a queen size futon in the living room, in case you get any "drop-ins".

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, blender, YouTubeTV and secured Wi-Fi. There's a small kitchen table with four chairs, and the dining room table seats six. There's plenty of seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or a cool evening outside enjoying the view of the ocean. Duneside Drive is a direct beach access street, and this house is only about 300' from the ocean.

The golf cart outlet is in parking space under house.

This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*
